Your account and the data that come with your membership are managed by your club. Ask your club to delete your account. The club then deletes your profile, your registrations and what you filled in in the app. Data that the law requires to be kept, such as invoices, is kept by the club for as long as the law prescribes.
If you only want to remove the app from your phone: unlink the app in your profile. Everything the app stored on your phone is then erased. You can also unlink a linked phone from your profile in the member portal.
If it doesn't work through your club, send us a request with the form below, including the name of your club. We will then help your club further.
