The contact form
If you request a demo or ask a question, we keep your name, email address, phone number (if you fill it in), subject and message. We only use this data to answer your question and to schedule a demo. Your message arrives as a ticket in our own system and is not shared with others.
Visitor statistics
To see how the website is used, we record for each visit which page was viewed, when, with what kind of browser and device, which website you came from and from which IP address. This data stays on our own server, is not shared with other parties and is deleted automatically after one year at most. We do not use Google Analytics or any other external analytics service.
Cookies
The website only places cookies that it needs to work: a session cookie and a cookie that protects forms. There are no cookies for advertising or for following you on other websites. Fonts and scripts come from our own server.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. To do so, send a message through the contact form. If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
