A club keeps data about members, parents and children. We handle that with care. This is how Grip op Sport does it.
Every club separate
Every club has its own, shielded environment. Data of one club cannot be seen from another club.
Permissions per group
Who may see and do what is set per group. A coach sees their classes, a parent their children and a member their own data.
Sensitive documents
Personal documents, such as a certificate of conduct, are stored encrypted and checked for viruses on upload. A record is kept of who viewed a document.
Files and photos
Your club's files and photos can only be reached through the portal or the website of your own club. If you share a file via a link, you can add a password and a period to it.
Deleted by mistake
Whatever you delete goes to a recycle bin first. So a member or document deleted by mistake is easy to bring back.
